The amount of 9 locals - who reside at moo 9 and moo 20, Muang Kao sub-district, Prachin Buri province - had submitted an appeal to the Ombudsman to find facts on the actions of the Provincial Electricity Authority - Kabin Buri Office and of the Muang Kao Sub-district Administrative Office about not expanding the electricity distribution area which has had an impact on them for more than 50-years.

The Workshops are aimed at training Administrative Counselors for scenarios, in which foreign nationals would like to consult with Counselors, but are unable to speak Japanese.
