Ombudsman Punjab Participates as Panellist in AORC Webinar on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
The African Ombudsman Research Centre organized a webinar on 20 January 2026 titled “Implementing ISO 9001:2015: Strengthening Quality Management and Accountability in African Ombudsman Institutions”. The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab took part as a featured contributor, sharing practical experience and institutional insights on the application of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System within an ombudsman framework.
