The Danish Parliamentary Ombudsman, Mr. Jørgen Steen Sørensen, published the institution's Annual Report 2013.

A complainant approached the Provincial Ombudsman of Sindh, Mr. Asad Ashraf Malik, with a complaint against an illegal factory causing disturbance and pollution which adversely affected the physical and mental health of the people.
