Mal vécues par les détenus car humiliantes, les fouilles à nu augmentent le risque de tensions en prison. Le Médiateur fédéral a enquêté sur l’organisation des fouilles à nu dans les prisons belges et publie aujourd’hui son rapport d’enquête.

En Argentina, la población privada de libertad y la cantidad de familiares de presos y presas viene aumentando año tras año. Más allá de la prisión: Paternidades, maternidades e infancias atravesadas por el encierro es una investigación realizada por la Procuración Penitenciaria de la Nación (PPN) con la colaboración de la Asociación Civil de Familiares de Detenidos (ACIFAD), la oficina Regional para América Latina y el Caribe de Church World Service (CWS) y con el apoyo técnico y financiero de UNICEF.
