La protectrice du citoyen, Marie Rinfret, rend publics le 23 novembre 2021 ses constats sur la gestion de la crise due à la COVID-19 dans les centres d’hébergement et de soins de longue durée (CHSLD) durant la première vague de la pandémie. Dans son rapport spécial déposé à l'Assemblée nationale, elle formule 27 recommandations à l’endroit du ministère de la Santé et des Services sociaux et de son ministre pour qu’ils déploient des moyens d’envergure efficaces et durables pour agir sur les causes de la crise et pour améliorer les conditions de vie des personnes hébergées.

We are pleased to inform you about a global consultation conducted by the UN Special Rapporteur on freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, Clément Voule, in partnership with the Global Alliance of NHRIs (GANHRI). This consultation presents an opportunity for NHRIs to provide inputs for a report which the Special Rapporteur is preparing on the protection of human rights in the context of peaceful protests during crisis situations. The report will be presented to the 50th session of the Human Rights Council.
