This year, the Office made 244 recommendations to public sector agencies to improve administrative practices and 100% of recommendations were accepted.

Remote media training for IOI members
Online learning and face-to-face training via videoconference. The IOI is pleased to offer its first online training course with a specific focus on media skills. Participants will learn how to approach media interviews with confidence and focus, how to manage difficult questions and how to bring across key messages. The training will be held on 19 November 2020 and is directed specifically at office holders or their respective media spokespersons. Registration is now open!
