2025-11-21La Síndica de Greuges de Cataluña ha detectado reclamaciones de pagos indebidos también en las ayudas para familias vulnerables con niños a cargo
Desde 2020, la institución del Síndic de Greuges ha recibido numerosas quejas de familias vulnerables con hijos a cargo a las que la Administración reclama pagos indebidos de las ayudas que percibían en el marco del compromiso socioeducativo (COSE). El COSE es un instrumento dirigido a las familias que elaboran los servicios de atención a la infancia cuando detectan una situación de riesgo que afecta a un niño, e incluye una ayuda económica destinada a atender dichas situaciones de riesgo. Las reclamaciones de pagos indebidos son consecuencia de las deudas acumuladas por el cálculo erróneo de la prestación por parte de la Administración.

In a symbolic moment held in the Blue Zone at COP30, the Federal Public Defenders' Office, represented by Federal Public Defender-General Leonardo Magalhães, officially delivered two international documents to the Presidency of the United Nations Climate Change Conference. The documents delivered – the DPU Declaration on the Need for a Comprehensive Anti-Discrimination Law in Brazil and the RINDHCA-DPU Declaration of Principles on Human Rights and Climate Action – synthesize a joint effort of international and regional cooperation aimed at strengthening the integration between human rights and climate policies.
