IOI | Publication Summary IOI World Conference 2024 in The Hague

During the IOI World Board meeting in Rabat, the IOI European Regional President, Reinier van Zutphen, presented the summary of the 13^th IOI World Conference that was held in The Hague in 2024. The summary gives an impression of the discussions, which the participants had on the four selected themes:

1. Climate Change and Living Conditions
2. Value Dilemmas
3. Inclusiveness and outreach to Vulnerable and Marginalised Groups
4. Future Generations

And as you already know, the third theme has led to the publication of the Outreach paper by the office of the National Ombudsman of the Netherlands, which contains the best practices on outreach of 17 ombuds institutions from around the world.
