The Citizens’ Representative of Newfoundland and Labrador presented Volume 5, Issue 1 of the institution’s newsletter “OCR Insights”.

There has been widespread concern about the way in which allegations of abuse in the disability sector are handled. In response, the Victorian Ombudsman announced an investigation into how such allegations are reported and investigated.

On Tuesday, 17 March 2015 at 10am (Eastern Standard Time), a webinar on “Ombudsman Innovations for advancing Open Government” will take place.
