Debido a diversos monitoreos realizados por esta Procuración Penitenciaria en el Centro de Detención Judicial (Unidad nº 28 del SPF), se observó que durante los últimos meses, el número de ingresantes y alojados ha sido muy elevado, produciéndose así, una alarmante sobrepoblación de la unidad.
