The United States Ombudsman Association’s (USOA) Conference and Planning Committee is seeking session presenters interested in sharing their subject matter of expertise relevant to the public sector ombudsman profession and invites submissions of proposals to present in the 38th USOA Annual Conference in Texas.
Presentations should provide conference attendees educational offerings to improve the effectiveness and operations of their offices, both from a management and investigative perspective. Optimally, presentations should not only speak to technical issues but should also share experiences: “war stories,” case studies, successes and failures, and insights into the profession and emerging issues surrounding it.
