Lamberto presentará este miercoles las oficinas móviles de la Defensoría del Pueblo
El defensor del Pueblo de la provincia de Santa Fe, Raúl Lamberto, presentará este miércoles a las 8.15 en la plaza Pringles de la ciudad de Rosario (Córdoba entre Roca y Rioja) dos vehículos con los que la institución comenzará a realizar atención a la ciudadanía de manera itinerante por barrios y localidades de toda la provincia de Santa Fe. Los móviles cuentan con todo lo necesario para que profesionales de la Defensoría se desplacen hasta diferentes puntos para escuchar y responder los planteos de los ciudadanos, acercando de esta manera el organismo a todos los santafesinos.

Québec Ombudsman investigates major violations in the handling of a disclosure
On June 13, 2019, the Québec Ombudsman released a special report on the numerous violations by the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation (MAPAQ) in applying the Act to facilitate the disclosure of wrongdoings relating to public bodies. It dealt with deficiencies concerning the internal process for handling disclosures.

Enquête spéciale du Protecteur du citoyen du Québec : des manquements majeurs dans le traitement d’une divulgation
Dans un rapport rendu public le 13 juin 2019, le Protecteur du citoyen du Québec fait état de nombreux manquements de la part du ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation (MAPAQ) dans l’application de la Loi facilitant la divulgation d’actes répréhensibles à l’égard des organismes publics. Les manquements portent sur le processus interne de traitement des divulgations.

La Defensoría del Pueblo manifestó preocupación por posibles nuevos aumentos en las tarifas de gas y energía eléctrica
El titular de la cartera energética señaló que analiza aplicar incrementos del orden del 25 y 30 por ciento del gas en boca de pozo y en el valor de la energía en el mercado eléctrico mayorista. La Defensoría del Pueblo indicó que, de producirse, éstos impactarán fuertemente en las facturas de los usuarios residenciales y pequeñas y medianas empresas (pymes).

Government prepares decision for joining Optional Protocol to the Convention of the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure
Currently, Hungary is not yet party to the Optional Protocol to the 30-year-old Convention on the Rights of the Child on a Communications Procedure. It is thus a significant development that upon Commissioner for Fundamental Rights László Székely’s appeal, the Minister of State for Family and Youth Affairs at the Ministry of Human Capacities has indicated: they have begun to prepare the decision necessary for Hungary’s joining the optional protocol.
