Le Médiateur Petri Jääskeläinen a adressé une réprimande au Ministère de l’Intérieur parce que ce dernier avait manqué de confirmer un badge officiel pour les agents municipaux de surveillance du stationnement, alors que cette tâche lui avait été assignée en 1970 déjà. Selon le décret applicable, un agent de surveillance du stationnement doit présenter son badge officiel en cas de nécessité ou sur demande.

El Ombudsman Petri Jääskeläinen emitió una reprimenda al Ministerio del Interior por no haber creado una chapa oficial para los vigilantes de parking, a pesar de que esta tarea se le asignó por ley ya en 1970. En base al decreto correspondiente un vigilante deberá mostrar su chapa oficial cuando sea necesario o cuando se le exija.

Le Médiateur fédéral plaide pour un recouvrement plus équitable des dettes fiscales
La majorité des citoyens paie ses impôts dans les temps, mais le Médiateur fédéral reçoit, chaque année, environ 200 plaintes de personnes qui veulent payer, mais n’y parviennent pas. Il a enquêté sur la manière dont le SPF Finances récupère l’impôt auprès des personnes en difficulté de paiement. Le rapport d’enquête a été remis au SPF Finances, au ministre des Finances et au Parlement, il contient 20 recommandations regroupées en trois thèmes.
