Ces difficultés structurelles compromettent l'accès effectif à l'éducation pour tous et appellent des réformes en profondeur pour garantir le droit fondamental de chaque enfant à une scolarité réussie.

Además, debe informarse debidamente a las personas usuarias de los posibles usos de los documentos que se les haga firmar, y éstos deben tener un redactado claro.
