L’institution a publié le 24 juin 2024 un rapport intitulé « Droits des usagers des services publics : de la médiation aux propositions de réformes », qui s’appuie sur la contribution de différents médiateurs, et met en avant des propositions en vue d’un meilleur respect des droits des usagers et de l’amélioration des relations entre usagers et administrations.

2019-05-31Irish Ombudsman’s Annual Report shows an 11% rise in complaints about Public Services
Speaking at the publication of his annual report for 2018 Mr Tyndall said that the Office of the Ombudsman received more than 3,300 complaints about public services last year. Complaints from the public to Irish Ombudsman and International Ombudsman Institute President Peter Tyndall rose by 11% in 2018.
