Il y commente le projet de loi no 62 – Loi visant principalement à diversifier les stratégies d’acquisition des organismes publics et à leur offrir davantage d’agilité dans la réalisation de leurs projets d’infrastructure. Ses constats et recommandations sont liés à des préoccupations en matière d’intégrité publique et de transparence.

Con el fin deestablecer mecanismos de coordinación para identificar e implementar acciones conjuntas relacionadas con el mejoramiento del estado de bienestar de las personas con necesidad de protección internacional, incluyendo personas solicitantes de la condición de refugio, personas apátridas y en riesgo de apatridia, así como otras personas con necesidades de protección, la Defensoría del Pueblo y la Oficina del Alto Comisionado de las Naciones Unidas para los Refugiados (ACNUR) firman acuerdo de colaboración.

The Commonwealth Ombudsman published Access All Areas: Monitoring Places of Detention 2022-23 report
On 21 May 2024, the Commonwealth Ombudsman, in his role as the Commonwealth National Preventive Mechanism (NPM), published "Access All Areas: Monitoring Places of Detention 2022-23", a report which makes 12 recommendations to the Department of Home Affairs to ensure systemic improvements to how people are treated in immigration detention.
