The Control Yuan (CY) has made the provision of diverse services a policy goal and been dedicated to the implementation of receiving complaints via videoconferencing. On 27 January 2021, the CY received its first inmate videoconference petition. This practice enables inmates deprived of physical and communication freedom to file complaints to CY members via videoconference.

2021-03-02Commissioners of CCAC and ICAC meet by videoconferencing
Recently, the Commissioner of the Commission Against Corruption (CCAC) of Macao, Chan Tsz King, and the Commissioner of the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) of Hong Kong, Simon Peh Yun-lu, held a meeting through videoconferencing and exchanged views on the works of integrity building of Macao and Hong Kong. According to Chan Tsz King, Macao and Hong Kong will hold their own election for legislative members this year and many challenges are lying ahead of them due to factors such as the pandemic.

On 3 March 2022, the Ombudsman Commission received a Complaint regarding the alleged delay in the transfer of the title for a deceased estate and overcharging of administrative fees by the office of the Public Trustee of Papua New Guinea. It was alleged that the Office of the Public Trustee had charged excessive fees and had delayed the transfer of a title of a deceased estate to the beneficiaries.
