Grâce au tarif social énergie, certaines catégories de personnes ou ménages à revenus modestes reçoivent une facture de gaz et/ou d’électricité allégée. Depuis l’informatisation du processus, des milliers de personnes bénéficient automatiquement du tarif social, sans qu’elles ne doivent le demander. Mais pour les personnes handicapées, ce processus automatique pose un problème.

Hong Kong Ombudsman holds seminar on electronic road pricing
The Office of The Ombudsman held a seminar on electronic road pricing today to look at the Government's policy and measures for alleviating traffic congestion as well as details of the proposed electronic road pricing scheme. More than 60 Justices of the Peace (JPs) and Advisers of the Office attended the seminar and exchanged views with guest speakers from the Transport Department (TD) on the subject.

Record demand for the Victorian Ombudsman’s help
The Victorian Ombudsman has experienced unprecedented demand for its services with complaints to the office about public organisations reaching record highs. Tabling her 2020-21 Annual Report in Parliament today, Ombudsman Deborah Glass said the decisions of public servants neglecting human rights in their decision-making led to many of the complaints.
