Forging connections in Red Deer

Defensoría sensibiliza sobre los derechos de los NNA
Alrededor de 1500 personas sensibilizadas de las cuales 781 son estudiantes, 747 docentes y administrativos forman parte de una jornada de concienciación de la Defensoría del Pueblo sobre las leyes 285 de 2023 que crea el Sistema de Garantías y Protección Integral de los Derechos de la Niñez y la Adolescencia, al igual que la Ley 289 de marzo de 2024, la cual busca establecer los mecanismos para diagnosticar, prevenir, evitar y erradicar cualquier forma de maltrato psicológico, verbal o físico producido entre estudiantes.

Speaker commits to support the inspectorate of government

Public Protector South Africa releases reports on investigations it concluded in the second quarter of this year
The Public Protector South Africa (PPSA) on 30 September 2024 issued its reports based on investigations conducted in the second quarter of the 2024/25 financial year. During this period, the PPSA received 1,489 new complaints, of which 756 were early resolution, 641 related to a lack of service delivery, while 92 were in respect of allegations of maladministration and related improprieties in the conduct of state affairs.

Des conseillers du Chancelier estonien de la Justice ont inspecté la clinique psychiatrique de l’hôpital de Pärnu, dans le but essentiel de vérifier l’emploi de contentions pendant la nuit. L’inspection a donc eu lieu à 5 heures du matin.
