canada | The Ombudsman of Montreal presents her 2021 annual report

Presented under the theme “Here for you”, this report covers a wide range of topics and record numbers: 2 365 files processed, including 211 new investigations, 40 of which were launched at our initiative.

As the ombudsman, Me Nadine Mailloux, mentions, “in 2021, our team drew on its expertise and developed it in order to listen, understand and resolve files regarding topics that touch on a variety of subjects, such as discrimination, home adaptation and Indigenous homelessness.”
