The public highly appreciated the step taken by the Ombudsman in collaboration with IOI. Especially in the Kohistan and Chitral, the far-flung areas of the province. The Ombudsman also appreciated the hard work of Focal Person along with his team by reaching such inaccessible areas and conducted awareness sessions. With limited financial resources, this Institution achieved maximum targets in this phase by visiting 10 districts including 02 far-flung districts of the province. The results achieved from the fourth phase of the IOI regional subsidy project are indicated as below:
S.No | Description | No. of complaints (Jan – July) | Over all receiving ration (%) |
01 | Previous year (2024) Complaints receiving ration (during 3rd phase of the project) | 3357 | 40.87 % |
02 | Current year (2025) Complaints receiving ration (After completion of 4th phase of the project) | 4856 | 59.13 % |
Total | 8,213 | 100 % |
The campaigns have resulted in significant inflow of fresh complaints. The awareness campaign results further reflect that the Ombudsman institution's complaints receiving ratio increased from 2,841 complaints per year up to 5,348 complaints. This is the high number of increase in complaints inflow achieved with the ample support of the IOI.
