Le 11 mars 2021, le gouvernement arménien a proposé à l’Assemblée nationale de la République d’Arménie un amendement de la loi constitutionnelle sur le Défenseur des droits de l’Homme.

Le Président de l’AOMF, Mohamed Benalilou, au nom de tous les membres, a écrit et publié une lettre ouverte dans le but de faire savoir au Président de l’assemblée nationale arménienne “la nécessité impérieuse de prendre en considération les principes et instruments internationaux susvisés et la pertinence fondamentale du maintien des dispositions de l’article 8 (5) de la loi constitutionnelle en question.”

Técnicos del Defensor del Pueblo han visitado durante la semana del 11 al 17 de abril centros e instalaciones relacionados con la llegada irregular de personas migrantes en las islas de Gran Canaria, Fuerteventura, El Hierro y Tenerife. The Office of the Ombudsperson of Kosovo published its 2020 Annual Report. Additionally, it presented its Report as national Preventive Mechanism pursuant to OPCAT and a Compilation of Reports Addressed to Relevant Authorities during 2020.
