BackOn behalf of the IOI community, IOI President Peter Tyndall and IOI Secretary General Günther Kräuter issued a statement of solidarity to Catalan Ombudsman Rafael Ribó.
In this statement the IOI extends its heartfelt condolences to those suffering in the wake of this catastrophe and expresses its solidarity with the citizens of Barcelona.
Furthermore, IOI President Tyndall and IOI Secretary General Kräuter underline that “it is difficult times like these that remind us of the importance of democracy, tolerance and international solidarity”.
On behalf of the IOI community, our deep sympathy goes out the family and friends of the victims of this attack. The IOI stands with them in this difficult times and assures its members in Spain of its continued support.
