Chaque année, le nombre de demandes augmente et, en été, l’Office des étrangers et l’ambassade belge au Cameroun peinent à rendre les décisions avant la rentrée académique. Sur base des plaintes qu’il a reçues, le Médiateur fédéral a analysé comment l’administration s’organise et a fait des recommandations aux services concernés pour éviter que les problèmes ne se reproduisent.
