Stockholm 2009 - Conference Papers
The 9th IOI World Conference held in Stockholm in June 2009 convened 340 delegates and observers from more than 90 countries. Key note addresses were delivered by the former Secretary General of the United Nations, Mr Kofi A. Annan and the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, Ms Navanethem Pillay.
