The Protector of Citizens (Serbia), the Ombudsman of Andalusia, the Ombudsman of Castilla-La Mancha, the Ombudsman of Rioja (all Spain), the Complaints Commission of the Cayman Islands and the Ombudsman Sindh of Pakistan are now institutional members.

El Canciller de Justicia inspeccionó una clínica psiquiátrica
Asesores del Canciller de Justicia de Estonia inspeccionaron la clínica psiquiátrica de Pärnu Hospital con el objetivo principal de controlar el uso de restrictivos durante la noche. Por ello la inspección se realizó a las 5 de la mañana.

L’Ombudsman conclut que le Règlement du G20 était d’une « légalité douteuse »
Le ministère de la Sécurité communautaire et des Services correctionnels a discrètement promu le recours à un règlement probablement illégal pour accorder des pouvoirs « extravagants » à la police à la veille du sommet du G20. C’est ce qu’a déclaré l’Ombudsman de l’Ontario, André Marin, dans son tout dernier rapport publié aujourd’hui.

Des conseillers du Chancelier estonien de la Justice ont inspecté la clinique psychiatrique de l’hôpital de Pärnu, dans le but essentiel de vérifier l’emploi de contentions pendant la nuit. L’inspection a donc eu lieu à 5 heures du matin.

The Estonian Chancellor of Justice, Indrek Teder, sent his final opinion to the Minister of Defence as well as to the Commander of the Defence Forces regarding his own-initiative analysis of the investigation of all bodily injuries or deaths that occurred in the Defence Forces and the social guarantees foreseen for the members of the Defence Forces.
