Le Défenseur des droits a adressé ce jour une lettre aux Présidents de l’Assemblée nationale et du Sénat ainsi qu’aux deux Présidents des commissions des lois dans laquelle, il lui est néanmoins apparu nécessaire d’attirer l’attention et la vigilance de la représentation nationale sur certains points afin de minimiser les atteintes aux droits et les restrictions des libertés qui pourraient en résulter.

Defensoría del Pueblo: Gobierno Regional de Piura debe proveer equipos de protección al personal de salud
La oficina de la Defensoría del Pueblo en Piura exhortó a las autoridades regionales a impulsar todas las acciones necesarias para proveer suficientes equipos de protección al personal sanitario, tras recibir quejas sobre la escasez de estos implementos. La falta de equipos de protección ha originado renuncias e, inclusive, el cierre de un establecimiento de salud, situación que pone en grave riesgo a la comunidad.
