Un juez de la Corte del Distrito de Hsinchu, pidió a su asistente que manejara algunos de sus asuntos privados y le hiciera un masaje de raspado durante el ejercicio de su cargo. Tales acciones violan gravemente la Ley de Jueces y las normas de ética de jueces. El Yuan de Control (YC) aprobó y publicó el caso de imputación contra este juez, remitiendo el caso al Yuan Judicial para su revisión.

Depuis plusieurs années, l’administration belge fait face à un afflux de demandes de visa pour études introduites par des étudiants camerounais. Chaque année, le nombre de demandes augmente et, en été, l’Office des étrangers et l’ambassade belge au Cameroun peinent à rendre les décisions avant la rentrée académique. Sur base des plaintes qu’il a reçues, le Médiateur fédéral a analysé comment l’administration s’organise et a fait des recommandations aux services concernés pour éviter que les problèmes ne se reproduisent.

The Chief Ombudsman is calling on the Waikato District Health Board to address overcrowding, and the high use of seclusion and physical restraints, at its Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre. This is the first time he has released his reports into the conditions and treatment of people held in New Zealand’s public health and disability facilities. All reports on public health and disability facilities will be considered for publication in the future.
