En la misma, las personas con discapacidad visual podrán encontrar información al respecto de las consultas y reclamos que pueden llevarse a cabo en las instituciones, como también los modos de acceder para realizar las gestiones.

The Hon'ble Provincial Ombudsman, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Syed Jamalud Din Shah, inaugurated the Ombudsman Regional Office on August 08, 2023. Alongside the inauguration, an awareness campaign to the public about the role and responsibilities of the Ombudsman Institution took place at the University of Swat. This awareness raising campaign was supported by the IOI's Regional Subsidies Program.

On 9 August 2023, Human Rights Ombudsman Peter Svetina participated in the seminar entitled Ohranjanje psihofizičnega zdravja družin otrok s posebnimi potrebami (Preserving the psychophysical health of families of children with special needs), organised by Zveza Sožitje in Izola. Ombudsman Svetina believes that it is important that we are aware of the importance of preserving the psychophysical health of families every day, especially in these times when many families are facing the consequences of the natural disaster.
