El Síndic remite el colapso del Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social al Defensor del Pueblo
El Síndic de Greuges ha iniciado de oficio una investigación debido al colapso detectado en el Instituto Nacional de la Seguridad Social (INSS), que impide a multitud de personas realizar los trámites necesarios para acceder, en el tiempo y forma legalmente establecidos, a pensiones y a prestaciones que les corresponden a causa de la acumulación de los expedientes y a la lentitud en su tramitación.

Guidance on monitoring places of detention through the COVID-19 Pandemic
In June 2020, the APT in partnership with OSCE/ODIHR, elaborated a practical guidance on how NPMs can continue their monitoring functions in order to address the challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. The French and Spanish versions of the guidance are now available online.
