Les sociétés de distribution d’eau procèdent à la pose d’un limiteur de débit d’eau lorsqu’après plusieurs rappels, la personne n’honore pas ses factures d’eau. Contrairement à l’interruption de fourniture d’eau, le limiteur de débit permet de garder un certain accès à l’eau. Le Médiateur a publié des recommendations en la matière.

Second annual open meeting of the UK’s Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman
Last year the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman hosted its first annual open meeting for users of its service which provided a platform to hear about and feedback on the work of the Ombudsman. Irish Ombudsman and IOI President Peter Tyndall and Austrian Ombudsman and IOI Secretary General Günther Kräuter took part in the annual European Network of Ombudsman Conference on 8-9 March 2018 in Brussels. The conference topics were the future of the EU, current and future challenges for Ombudsmen and cross-border problem solving for EU citizens.
