The Council of Europe organised a conference on the detention of immigrants in Europe in co-operation with the United Kingdom’s national preventive mechanism against torture. Multiplicité des réglementations et des disciplines, diversité des pratiques, enjeux économiques et politiques, la question des discriminations dans le domaine sportif reste une question complexe. Afin de mieux cerner les enjeux mais aussi d’apporter des réponses concrètes aux victimes, le Défenseur des droits a lancé le 5 décembre 2013 un appel à réclamations auprès des personnes victimes de discriminations dans le sport.
