On 3 March 2026, the African Ombudsman Research Centre (AORC) held a webinar under the theme " Integrating ADR and Investigative Techniques in Ombudsman Case Resolution". 

This session brought together experienced Ombudsman practitioners and dispute resolution experts to explore how investigative methods and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) can be effectively integrated to address complex complaints, improve efficiency in case resolution, and strengthen procedural fairness and public trust in Ombudsman institutions.
