IRELAND | Ombudsman publishes summer edition of the Ombudsman's Casebook

It contains a mixture of cases drawn from the work of the Office of the Ombudsman of Ireland which they hope prove useful to service providers in developing their services.

The cases presented cover topics ranging from sectors like Agriculture, Education, Health, Justice, Private Nursing Homes to Social Protection.
