The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab under the direction of Ms. Ayesha Hamid, First Vice President of the IOI and Ombudsman of Punjab, has launched its International Internship Programme 2026.
The one-week, in-person programme is designed to provide young professionals from IOI member institutions with practical exposure to ombudsmanship, digital complaint management systems, outreach mechanisms, and institutional best practices.
Programme Highlights
- Hands-on exposure to ISO 9001:2015 certified Complaint Management Information System
- Field outreach experience through mobile redressal units in South Punjab
- Observation of hearings and expert sessions in Lahore and Multan
- Cultural and heritage engagements
Programme Duration: One week
Tentative Windows: March–April 2026 / May–June 2026
Location: Lahore & Multan, Pakistan
Nomination Modality
Each IOI member institution is kindly invited to nominate up to one candidate for the programme.
Eligibility
- Officers/young professionals from IOI member institutions
- Proficiency in English
Cost Coverage
Accommodation, meals, and local transportation: covered by the host institution
International airfare and personal expenses: to be borne by participants
