The UK Ombudsman is co-hosting the Launch of the European IOI Learning Academy on 16-17 January 2024, in Manchester.  The roundtable will be held in person and remotely and have presentations from key IOI stakeholders on the need for a new academy, the issues to be addressed and the learning styles to adopt. Discussions will also be held around the progress made in Ombudsman Peer Review, Consultancy and working with vulnerable communities.
