The Public Protector of South Africa, Adv. Kholeka Gcaleka, is the new Second Vice-President of the International Ombudsman Institute (IOI). In an electronic ballot, carried out by the IOI General Secretariat recently, the candidacy of Adv. Gcaleka received the clear and solid support from IOI members.
The Office of the Ombudsman Punjab proudly announces its International Internship Programme 2026, a one-week immersive learning opportunity for young professionals across IOI member countries. This programme offers unique exposure to Ombudsman operations in Punjab Pakistan, from case registration and complaint hearings to mediation, resolution, and implementation.
The IOI publishes its Annual Report every year, to inform about membership matters, as well as the most important projects, services and developments of the past membership year.
