The European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA) published a report underlining how victims of data protection violations, brought on by the widespread use of information and communication technologies, seek redress. The report contains an overview of the legal framework and the procedures people can use in cases of data protection violations and gives examples of actual experiences of victims and those dealing with data protection violations to identify areas for improvement.

El Defensor del Pueblo de la provincia de Santa Fe, Dr. Edgardo José Bistoletti, le pidió este lunes al Ministro de Aguas y Servicios Públicos que ante las extraordinarias circunstancias motivadas por la ola de calor se establezca un resarcimiento por única vez, no menor a la suma correspondiente a 7 días de prestación del servicio, para los santafesinos que hayan padecido interrupciones en el servicio prestado por la Empresa Provincial de la Energía.
