A thematic workshop was held on the important subject theme of employment opportunities for the youth. Public Services Ombudsman for Wales publishes Annual Report
The Annual Report of the Public Services Ombudsman for Wales reveals that once again there has been an increase in the volume of casework. The number of complaints about public service providers has continued to rise, up 12% on 2011/12. The greatest increase has again been in relation to health bodies, up 30% on the previous year.

Provincial Ombudsperson Kim Carter released her 2012/13 annual report on 18 June 2013. Nearly 7,500 inquiries and complaints were responded to and 1,900 early resolutions or investigations were completed in 2012/13.
