El Defensor del Pueblo de la provincia de Santa Fe, Dr. Edgardo José Bistoletti, se reunió en Buenos Aires recientemente con los embajadores en la Argentina de Nueva Zelandia y Austria, en el marco de los preparativos para la reunión de la Junta Directiva IIO, cuyos representantes se encontrarán entre el lunes 27 y el miércoles 29 de octubre en Rosario. Este encuentro es la continuación de los que esta prestigiosa institución, realizó en los últimos tres años en las ciudades de Wellington, Viena y Nueva York.

The IOI aims at providing clear membership value and at offering enhanced services to its members. In its efforts to implement a broad range of projects the IOI is supported by an increasing number of partner organisations. In this context the IOI was able to establish close working relations with valuable partners in the past.

Current News
On 19 November 2020, the IOI successfully held its first session of the IOI Remote Media Training. The interest in this training was enormous and participants from all six IOI world regions applied. In this first training session, a total of 18 persons from 18 different Ombudsman institutions from all corners of the globe took part in this high-end media training.
