2016-12-21Defensoría del Pueblo firmó un convenio para realizar el trámite de Bien de Familia
La Defensoría del Pueblo de la provincia de Santa Fe y el Registro General de la Propiedad firmaron este lunes un convenio para unificar el trámite de afectación de la vivienda (también conocido como Bien de Familia) y renovar el compromiso de cooperación entre ambas partes, que procura el intercambio de información y experiencia para mejorar la atención a la ciudadanía. El acuerdo fue rubricado por el Defensor del Pueblo, Raúl Lamberto, y el Subsecretario de Asuntos Registrales, Matías Figueroa, en la sede rosarina de la Defensoría, ubicada en Tucumán 1681.

On 28 and 29 November 2016, representatives from global and regional bodies organized, together with the Office of the Commissioner for Human Rights in Poland, an expert meeting with representatives of National Human Rights Institutions (NHRIs) and academics to discuss the strengthening of the independence of NHRIs in the OSCE region.

Avec la sanction de cette loi, le Protecteur du citoyen du Québec se voit confier le mandat de traiter les divulgations d’actes répréhensibles commis à l’égard de tout organisme public visé par cette loi, à compter du 1er mai 2017.

El 23 de noviembre de 2016, el XXI Congreso de la Federación Iberoamericana del Ombudsman (FIO) concluye después de un intensa jornada de trabajo y debate, donde se pusieron sobre la mesa aspectos relevantes sobre la lucha contra la pobreza y la promoción de los Derechos Humanos, abordado tanto en el plano general como también en ámbitos diferenciados de los países integrados en esta organización y en asuntos tan decisivos como la educación o la vivienda.
