Con el objeto de generar un espacio de intercambio y construcción se desarrolló la jornada “Cárcel y acceso al trabajo desde una perspectiva de género y diversidad” de la que participaron académicas, actores gubernamentales, actores judiciales y cooperativas de trabajo de liberadas.

El día 22 de junio de 2018 la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) solicitó formalmente al gobierno de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica que envíe información detallada acerca de la localización y el tratamiento que se ha dado a las niñas, niños y adolescentes migrantes separados de sus familias, así como el proceso de reunificación que implementará para reunirlos nuevamente con sus familiares.

El Diputado de Común, Rafael Yanes, ha mantenido una reunión con la presidenta provincial de Cruz Roja de Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Mayte Pociello, para hacer efectiva la cesión del coche oficial de la Diputación en Tenerife. According to the Organic Law of the Commission Against Corruption of the Macao Special Administrative Region, the Commissioner Against Corruption, Cheong Weng Chon, submitted 2017 Annual Report of the Commission Against Corruption of Macao to the Chief Executive, Chui Sai On, in March 2018. The report was published in the Official Gazette of the Macao Special Administrative Region today (11th April).

Ottawa (Ontario) – L’ombudsman des vétérans, Guy Parent, a publié aujourd’hui un rapport intitulé Indemnisation juste de la douleur et de la souffrance pour les vétérans et leurs survivants. Dans ce document, l’ombudsman demande que des améliorations soient apportées à la compensation versée aux vétérans et à leurs survivants assujettis à la Nouvelle Charte des anciens combattants.

Tabling her Investigation into child sex offender Robert Whitehead’s involvement with Puffing Billy and other railway bodies in the Victorian Parliament, Ombudsman Deborah Glass said the failures of people in authority were monumental.

La Defensoría del Pueblo de Santa Fe inauguró nueva sede en Tostado
El defensor del Pueblo, Raúl Lamberto, dejó inaugurada una nueva oficina de atención en la localidad de Tostado. “Aspiramos a tener una oficina de la Defensoría en cada uno de los 19 departamentos y este es un paso más en ese sentido”, afirmó Lamberto a la vez destacó que esta nueve sede “fue posible por la generación de alianzas, en este caso entre la Legislatura y el Senado de la provincia”.

Victoria Pearman, Ombudsman for Bermuda, has submitted her Annual Report for 2017 to the Speaker of the House of Assembly in accordance with her statutory duty under the Ombudsman Act 2004.
