No discriminación en la oferta laboral a las personas que hayan cumplido la totalidad de su condena
El Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo y Seguridad Social, cumpliendo con la recomendación 855/17 de la PPN, publicó en el Boletín Oficial la Resolución 11-E/2018, sustituyendo el artículo 3º de la resolución 270/15 garantizando así el derecho a quienes hayan cumplido la totalidad de su condena, ya que las ofertas de empleo no podrán contener restricciones debido a antecedentes penales.

Más de cien derrames de petróleo han ocurrido en el Oleoducto Nor Peruano
Ante el nuevo derrame petrolero producido en el Oleoducto Nor Peruano, la Defensoría del Pueblo exigió al Congreso de la República analizar y debatir el informe elaborado por una comisión multipartidaria encargada de investigar las causas y responsabilidades del incremento significativo de derrames de petróleo y que vienen siendo catalogados como “ataques de terceros”.

Informe del Ararteko al Parlamento Vasco 2017
A lo largo de 2017 se han atendido un total de 13.437 actuaciones, (incremento de la actividad del Ararteko en esta anualidad de un 22%) de las cuales 9.545 corresponden a quejas y consultas y 37 a expedientes de oficio. Se han realizado un total de 10.168 servicios en las oficinas de atención directa: 3.600 han sido a través del servicio telefónico y 6.568 las personas que han acudido a alguna de las tres oficinas, demandando información y asesoramiento.

The next Presidential Order on Pardoning was executed
Upon investigating the appeals addressed by a number of convicts, human rights organizations and the Ombudsman, 431 convicts including 35 women and 14 foreigners were pardoned by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated March 16, 2019.

Control Yuan presses MOTC and MOI to review taxi driver license regulations
The Control Yuan (CY) carried out an investigation after receiving a complaint by a citizen claiming he was being deprived of his right to work by being prohibited for life from holding a taxi driver’s license due to a conviction for attempted murder, despite having already served his prison sentence. The right to work is the right of each citizen to earn a living to survive and should be protected by the government.
