The Office of The Ombudsman held a seminar entitled "Private Building Management" June 25. Around 60 Justices of the Peace ("JPs") and Advisers of the Office attended the seminar and exchanged views with the guest speaker and other participants regarding the Government's policy on private building management, its role and support services provided to property owners, and several new measures and schemes being implemented.

2015-06-10Ombudsman publishes 2014 annual report
Until now, the Ombudsman’s Annual Report has been published at the beginning of October in the year following the report year. This is late. With effect from the report year of 2014, the process has successfully been moved forward so that the Report will now be published already in April of the following year. We are very pleased with that. Hopefully, it will help make the Annual Report even more topical and relevant.
