Adoption d’une des recommandations du Défenseur des droits sur le droit à l’erreur
Le Défenseur des droits, Jacques Toubon, se félicite de la modification, dans la loi pour un Etat au service d’une société de confiance, adoptée hier à l’Assemblée nationale, de l’article L. 114-17 du code de la sécurité sociale qui donnait la possibilité aux organismes sociaux d’infliger une pénalité financière non seulement en cas de fraude aux prestations sociales, mais aussi pour de simples erreurs de déclaration commises par l’allocataire.
