Ombudsman becomes active on the Act on Nationalities
Certain provisions of the Act on Nationalities, which entered into force on 1 January 2012, are contrary to the Fundamental Law and restrict the fundamental rights of nationalities – the Commissioner for Fundamental Rights has requested the Constitutional Court to establish this and to annul the text parts indicated in his petition.

Mediation and alternative dispute settlement are, without doubt, useful, effective and child-friendly methods in both child protection and criminal justice. Visually Impaired Individuals Can Now Directly Check the Results of Administrative Appeals with the Newly Launched Voice Support Service
The Central Administrative Appeals Commission under the ACRC launched a service on 6 March 2026 that delivers written decisions of administrative appeals in audio format. Since it can be used by all 90 administrative appeal agencies operating within the Online Administrative Appeals System, it is expected to significantly enhance convenience for citizens filing administrative appeals.
