The Seimas Ombudsman Augustinas Normantas and the Speaker of the Seimas Viktoras Pranckietis discussed the human rights issues in Ukraine with the Ukrainian Ombudsman Lyudmyla Denisova. The Seimas Ombudsmen's Office together with other Lithuanian organisations implements an EU Twinning project aimed at strengthening the skills of the staff of the Ukrainian Ombudsman institution.

Latest report from Victorian Ombudsman on recommendations - focus on social justice
Inadequate financial support provided to kinship carers and children from disadvantaged backgrounds being expelled from school at a disproportionately high rate are among the issues identified by the Victorian Ombudsman over the past year. Ombudsman Deborah Glass has tabled in the Victorian Parliament her second biennial report on the implementation of her investigations’ recommendations. Her report covers the 125 recommendations she made to state and local government bodies between 1 April 2016 and 31 March 2018.

El día 22 de junio de 2018 la Comisión Interamericana de Derechos Humanos (CIDH) solicitó formalmente al gobierno de los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica que envíe información detallada acerca de la localización y el tratamiento que se ha dado a las niñas, niños y adolescentes migrantes separados de sus familias, así como el proceso de reunificación que implementará para reunirlos nuevamente con sus familiares.

UNICEF's chief of child protection program, Ms. Daniela Luciani, called on Ombudsman Punjab Major (R) Azam Suleman Khan at his office and discussed matters relating to the protection of children's rights. Chief Provincial Commissioner for Children of Ombudsman Office, Mrs. Tabana Sajjad Naseer, and Child Protection Officer Zahida Manzoor were also present.

Mohamed BENALILOU, le Médiateur du Royaume, a signé le mercredi 19 octobre 2022, un Mémorandum d’Entente avec Mme Sabina ALYEVA, Commissaire aux droits de l’Homme (l’Ombudsman) à la République d’Azerbaïdjan, en parallèle avec les travaux de la conférence internationale organisée à Bakou relative à la période du 19 et 20 octobre 2022 à propos du rôle des institutions d’ombudsmans et des institutions nationales des droits de l’Homme à protéger les droits socio-économiques.
