Ante las dificultades que encuentran las personas privadas de su libertad para completar correctamente la carga horaria en los niveles primario y secundario, la Procuración Penitenciaria presentó la Recomendación Nº 894 con el fin de revertir esta situación. La misma está dirigida a las cárceles federales del área metropolitana.

Dématérialisation des démarches administratives - inégalités d’accès aux services publics
La dématérialisation offre de nouveaux moyens d’accès aux services publics et permet de simplifier l’accès aux informations et aux documents administratifs pour une majorité d’usagers mais, si les facultés de chacun ne sont pas réellement prises en compte, elle comporte un risque de recul de l’accès aux droits et d’exclusion pour de très nombreux usagers. Le Défenseur des droits alerte dans un rapport sur ces risques et dérives de cette transformation numérique.

Le Médiateur fédéral plaide pour un recouvrement plus équitable des dettes fiscales
La majorité des citoyens paie ses impôts dans les temps, mais le Médiateur fédéral reçoit, chaque année, environ 200 plaintes de personnes qui veulent payer, mais n’y parviennent pas. Il a enquêté sur la manière dont le SPF Finances récupère l’impôt auprès des personnes en difficulté de paiement. Le rapport d’enquête a été remis au SPF Finances, au ministre des Finances et au Parlement, il contient 20 recommandations regroupées en trois thèmes.

The service provides transportation for approximately 7,500 clients who are unable to use the fixed-route transit system because they are legally blind or have a physical disability that significantly impairs their mobility.
