Un sujet d’actualité, puisque les ombudsmans, de plus en plus appelés à répondre de leur performance et de leur valeur ajoutée, sont à la recherche de critères et d’indicateurs sur lesquels appuyer objectivement leur évaluation, a-t-elle souligné.
