La Defensoría del Pueblo de la Provincia de Santa Fe y la Defensoría de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes incorporaron la carta Braille en sus mesas de entrada con el objetivo de llegar a la población de manera más accesible. En la misma, las personas con discapacidad visual podrán encontrar información al respecto de las consultas y reclamos que pueden llevarse a cabo en las instituciones, como también los modos de acceder para realizar las gestiones.

The People's Advocate published report on monitoring the rights of refugees in the country
In the first half of 2023, the Ombudsman of the Republic of Moldova continued to carry out a careful and exhaustive analysis of the way in which the national public authorities managed the situation of foreign refugees on the territory of the country as a result of the armed conflict in Ukraine. Ombudsman Punjab, Major Azam Suleman Khan (Retd) (Hilal-i-Imtiaz), presented the annual report of the Office of the Ombudsman Punjab for 2022 to Governor Punjab, Muhammad Balighur Rehman, at the governor's house. Major Azam Suleman Khan elaborated on the noteworthy aspects of the annual report, stating that the ombudsman office successfully resolved 29,970 complaints out of a total of 31,149, resulting in an impressive 96% resolution rate.
